Return and Refund Policy
We want you to love your new clothes from Idastore! But sometimes things don’t fit quite right, or maybe you change your mind. No worries! Here’s a quick rundown of our return and refund policy to make things easy:
What can be returned?
- Unworn and unwashed items with original tags still attached can be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items that arrive damaged or faulty can be returned at any time for a full refund, with proof of purchase.
What can’t be returned?
- Items that have been worn, washed, or have their tags removed.
- Discounted or sale items (unless faulty).
What do I need to return an item?
- A copy of your order confirmation email (printed or digital).
- The original item in its original packaging (including any tags).
How do I return an item?
- Reach out to our friendly customer support team.
- Let them know you’d like to return an item and provide your order number.
- We’ll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to return your item (it’s usually free!).
- Once we receive your return and confirm it’s in its original condition, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days.
Refunds:
- We’ll refund your original purchase price to the same payment method you used.
- Return shipping costs are covered by you unless the item is faulty.
Things to Keep in Mind:
- Sale items: Unfortunately, discounted or sale items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
- Exchanges: We don’t currently offer exchanges directly. However, you can return your unwanted item and then place a new order for the correct size or style!
